An organization with an alliance of 850+ global companies working together to break down technology and cultural barriers between digital service providers, technology suppliers, consultancies and systems integrators.

Their work is defined by members, which include 10 out of 10 of the worlds' top network and communications providers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Vodafone, & Telefonica) and stretches across 180 countries. TM Forum helps Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and their suppliers to rapidly transform and thrive in the digital era.

TM Forum is considered the world's leader in this ecosystem and reflects this with an NPS of 58.

Beginning in 2021 TM Forum decided to change the face and tone of their branding. As a member-driven organization the creative and branding needed a more personal feel. Something reflective of its membership and standing in the world.

​

As an organization in the IT field it was also critical the company be perceived as contemporary and appealing to a younger audience. Included on this page are samples of that outcome and the materials that support their current branding as of 2022.

LOGO & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

As the starting point, TM Forum's logo needed a refresh. This included modernizing fonts, updating colors, and providing formats and orientations for all mediums and resources.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN

As with most companies, TM Forum's website is its marketing lynchpin. A total reworking was in order. Cleaner, crisper, easier to access content in addition to a more contemporary look and feel. Each pillar of the organization received its own unique treatment, while maintaining brand adherence at all times.

VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY CREATION & MANAGEMENT

To humanize the brand, stock photography was completely banned. New photography was required, as was updated video templates and member testimonials. The result was a professional, yet familiar look and feel with high uptake by membership.

SOCIAL MEDIA BRANDING & TEMPLATES

Carrying the brand through onto social media was priority number 1. Each platform, whether twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., received specific consideration as to how to apply the branding best. The result is a consistent look and feel reaching hundreds of thousands of professionals every day.

DIGITAL AD CREATION & MANAGEMENT

Emails, banner ads, and outbound digital marketing figure heavily into the industry outreach for TM Forum. To ensure consistency, templates were created for staff to use themselves with customizable options.

EVENT BRANDING & SUPPORT MATERIAL

A large part of TM Forum's public persona is represented by the events they host around the world. This company pillar requires distinct differences and unique mediums for its branding and marketing purposes. This included creation of promotional items, complicated stand builds, and large-scale graphics.

POWER POINT TEMPLATES & DEVELOPMENT

Despite being over 25 years old, Power Point is still the go-to application for most non-designer employees. This means a properly branded template needs to be creative, but also locked up tight enough to discourage off-brand presentations. Once completed and stress tested, the template is released and used around the world.

CORPORATE COLLATERAL & TEMPLATES

Last but certainly not least...corporate collateral and templates. The business community will never tire of business cards...so it's best to make them amazing. Corporate letterhead, white paper templates, and packaging is the same. By keeping designs clean and simple and using only the best quality materials, TM Forum is always putting its best foot forward and making a strong impression.
